What the website records

First-party website scripts send pageview, contact-open, contact-copy and download-intent events. Event information includes the page path, referring hostname, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and a fixed call-to-action category. These events send the referring hostname, not the full referring URL.

For these requests, the server records a UTC timestamp that can be assigned to a Shanghai calendar day, the request method, response status, IP address and User-Agent (browser information).

For the download redirect entries under sjaitech.com/download/tianshu/*, raw access logs also record access time, country or region, request method, request path, response status, response bytes and the referring page. Those redirect-entry logs may contain the full referring URL supplied by the browser.

The installer links on this English site go directly to invitemoon.com and do not use those sjaitech.com redirect entries. Clicking an English installer link produces an onsite download-intent event; the installer file is served by invitemoon.com. The website log retention periods in this notice do not establish the retention period for the file host’s access logs.

Why this information is used

Information is used for site operations, security investigation, download-request statistics and service improvement. Individual visit records are not publicly displayed.

A download intent means a download link was clicked. A download request means the relevant download entry was requested; neither establishes a completed download or a successful installation. A contact-copy event records a copy-button interaction, not a received enquiry or a qualified lead. Estimated sessions are statistical estimates.

Access and retention for website logs

The sjaitech.com website’s raw logs containing original IP addresses and individual requests are handled only by authorized operations staff. Access is restricted through file-system and statistics-service permissions. These website raw logs are retained for 30 days. This period does not establish retention for access logs on the installer file host, invitemoon.com.

For the redirect entries under sjaitech.com/download/tianshu/*, full download IP addresses are grouped and displayed only to authorized administrators in a Basic Auth-protected dashboard, together with country or region, platform counts, and first and most recent download times. That protected page is refreshed every five minutes and includes only records in the 30-day website raw-log window. These redirect-entry dashboard statistics do not describe requests to the English site’s direct installer links on invitemoon.com.

Anonymous daily aggregates for this website contain no original IP addresses and are retained for 400 days (about 13 months).

Cookies, forms and external analytics

This website does not use cookies or browser fingerprinting, collect form content, or use third-party page-analytics scripts or third-party SDKs. The RFQ example uses fixed synthetic content in your browser; it has no file-upload function and makes no AI processing request.

The copy-email button requests browser clipboard access only when you activate it. If access is unavailable or blocked, the page shows instructions for copying the visible address manually.

Client and pilot data are separate

Tianshu Standard sends client consultation messages and device status over HTTPS to a central service in China. The website log retention periods above do not establish retention periods for client messages or pilot data.
